Total material thickness approximately 2.5 mm, exterior highly polished, interior satin-finished with honeycomb base: ELODUR® Professional etching. The raised stainless steel structure perfectly protects the non-stick coating and is scratch-resistant, without PFAS. Suitable for all types of stoves, with oil dosing system (Oil Optimizer) ensuring reduced use of oils and even heat distribution from the bottom to the edge.
