This Patisse Oval Proofing Basket is made of genuine natural Rattan Wood. Rattan wood is mold free and regulates moisture in dough resulting in lighter bread with crispy crust. The basket gives bread its traditional rustic shape. Once dough has proofed remove dough from basket and place dough on a baking tray and insert in oven to bake.
